In connection with the Invitation for Prequalification indicated in Section II, Prequalification Data Sheet (PDS), the Public Entity also referred to herein as the “Employer”, as defined in the PDS, issues this Prequalification Document (“Prequalification Document”) to prospective applicants (“Applicants”) interested in submitting applications (“Applications”) for prequalification to bid for the Works described in Section V, Scope of Works. In case the Works are to be bid as individual contracts (i.e. the slice and package procedure), these are listed in the PDS. The procurement reference number for the Open Advertised Prequalification, is provided in the PDS.
